My name is Deborah Larsen. I am an American and relocated to Siena Italy from my home in Austin Texas . It was easy for me to fall in love with Italy, since I also fell in love.

Ciao my name is Massimiliano Mori, or Massi for short. I am  a native of Siena. Please let me share with you, the history of my land and all its riches:, artistic, natural and especially gastronomic.

Not only are we married, but have joined our passions into one with our company, Italy Unfiltered. When you meet us, we’ll introduce you to the Italian people, the locals want to meet and get to know our guests.
